Step-by-step Process

We’re so excited you’re considering District for your special day! The first step is to get in touch with us through our Contact Us page or by emailing us at sales@districtecm.com. One of our experienced sales personnel will promptly get in touch with you to schedule a consultation call.

During your consultation call, one of our event specialist will get to know you more and take note of any confirmed details for your special day. Don’t fret if some details are still up in the air — we’re here to help you through every step of the planning process! Through this collaborative discussion, we’ll be able to ensure that we’re the perfect fit for what you’re looking for.

After your consultation call, your event sales member will promptly create a personalized proposal that outlines the details of your potential wedding catering service. You will then work together to customize your menu to your liking.

Now, time to actually eat some food! After booking with us, you will be invited to join us for an open house tasting event. Here you will sample several of our appetizers, small bites, entrees, and desserts.
Once you have decided on your menu items, you will be invited 60 days out from your wedding to taste your custom menu. Your assigned event sales member will be present to take note of any changes you may like to make.

Down to the final steps, here we’ll make changes if needed after your tasting to ensure each item fits your desired taste and look. Once your menu is exactly how you wish, leave the rest to us. We’ll prepare for your wedding day as you relax and soak in each moment leading up to your special day.
