We’ve handpicked 4 of our favorite Atlanta venues that would work wonderfully for fall and winter events of various guest counts.

Factory Atlanta
Factory Atlanta is a modern industrial event venue with indoor and outdoor renovated event space. Once a linen factory, this venue has towering ceilings and concrete floors that provide an open and elevated feel coupled with the stunning white brick walls. Get inspired by the images above where the greenery and colors pop against the white brick (we can so picture a winter wonderland wedding here). In-house rentals such as 60” round tables, Chiavari chairs, specialty linen, and more are available for both event spaces they offer. You’ll also want to check out their projection mapping capabilities on their website (spoiler: you can completely transform the space by creating an immersive environment on the walls). With two spaces available to rent ranging in size, you can find the perfect space here regardless of your guest count.
The Showroom is perfect for parties of 100 or less with 2,400 square feet to work with. A glass garage door allows natural light to stream in and presents the opportunity to bring a truck or car inside.
Their other space, the Factory Floor, is much larger with 5,600 square feet of creative freedom at your disposal. Black beams make a bold statement against the white brick and white ceilings that make your eye travel upwards. Able to hold over 300 guests, this space is ideal for hosting large gatherings.
Distillery of Modern Art
If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind venue, the Distillery of Modern Art could be the perfect space for you. Located in Chamblee, this distillery combines a modern art gallery and a cocktail lounge with an event space that hosts regular unique events as well as private events. They have three spaces available to rent that include round tables, highboy tables, audio system, and more plus access to their catering kitchen where you can bring your own food or hire a caterer (p.s. we’d love to cater your event!). With the cozy environment, this venue would be perfect for for a relaxed get-together or corporate holiday party.
The Watson Gallery allows guests to enjoy the featured art exhibition plus have access to a dedicated entry. Perfect for smaller gatherings, it is 861 square feet and can hold 40 guests.
Their cocktail bar, the Kandinsky Tasting Room, is 735 square feet and able to hold up to 75 guests. Featuring a stunning wrap around bar, dining seating, and views of gorgeous copper stills, this space is perfect for corporate happy hours or other small gatherings.
The Rothko Room is the largest of their spaces at 2,800 square feet and able to hold up to 225 guests. This space has a dedicated entrance and a large pre-function space where you could place catering, cocktail tables, or whatever you desire.
Callanwolde Fine Arts Center
Callanwolde Fine Arts Center is a stunning 12-acre estate located in the Druid Hills neighborhood in Atlanta. Not only does this venue host private events, it also has a mission of providing premier, accessible art education to the Atlanta community. Perfect for the fall and winter, this estate provides a warm and welcoming environment similar to that of a cozy library. If you’re looking for more of a historical venue with gorgeous architecture, this is the perfect option for you.
With the option to do a full day or hourly rental, this historic estate can accommodate up to 200 guests. For wedding ceremonies, choose from 5 unique ceremony spots with indoor and outdoor options that provide for a breathtaking picture. Rental package includes full kitchen access, dressing rooms, free guest parking, and more.

Atlanta Alpaca Treehouse
Arguably one of the most unique venues in Atlanta, the Atlanta Alpaca Treehouse will transport you to a relaxing environment surprisingly near to the heart of Atlanta. Home to several rescued llamas, alpacas and various other animals, this venue is sure to add excitement to your next event.
Book their historic Bamboo Barn and take some pictures with Figgy the llama in the gorgeous outdoor space before heading into the barn to enjoy food and drinks. The barn comfortably fits 50+ guests at tables and has heat, air, and full electrical.
The Alpaca Treehouse nestled in their bamboo forest is also available for events. Ideal for weddings, chairs can be set up on the forest floor beside the treehouse while the couple is spotlighted below the treehouse or on the stunning wrap-around porch. Expect extra guests, as the llamas and alpacas have full access to this area and may want to join in the celebration! The Luxury Llama Cottage is also available on the property to sleep up to 5 guests.
P.S. They have a Wine Tasting + Llamas event coming up on 11/11 that you won’t want to miss! Tickets are $20, and there will be photo opportunities, merch, and face painting.
